SELF CATERING HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION

Casa Florence, located in the pretty village of Prunetto, provides a peaceful retreat in the perfect location to explore the beautiful Langhe and Roero wine region of Italy.

Our three bedroom, three bathroom property provides luxurious accommodation for 6-8 guests with stunning views of the surrounding area.

Bedrooms
The house currently comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two bedrooms situated on the ground floor and a further double room on the first floor with ensuite shower room.

Lounge and Dining Area
Located on the first floor, two comfortable setees (one of which converts to a sofa bed if required) and one penang chair allow you to relax and enjoy the stunning view of the Alps whilst enjoying a glass of local vino

Kitchen
Top quality, fully fitted kithen complete with fridge, dishwasher, oven and hob, again located on the first floor so the cool beer is never too far away.

Utility Room
There is a small utility room downstairs which houses the all-important washing machine, airer, ironing board and iron. A word of warning, however, do not try to run the washing machine at the same time as the dishwasher - the electricity supply in rural Italy won't stand it!

Outside
Currently resembles a building site and may continue to do so until our planned extension is complete.
